A request by Delta Land Company for a preliminary plat approval for Fountain Crest Subdivision Phase V.
To consider and act on Ordinance 01-31-2020 (Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance) in accordance with FEMA to include additional definitions and language within various articles and sections that were not included in previous versions of the State Model Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance.
4. New Business:
A request by C&C Development Group LLC to rezone property from R-75-S (Residential District) to TH-1 (Townhouse District) located at 101 Mamie Street.
A request by C&C Development Group LLC for a replat of the final plat for Byrd Subdivision.
5. Such other business as may come before the commission
