COMMUNITY MASS CHOIR
The first rehearsal of the community mass choir in preparation for the City-Wide MLK Observance will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Johns Chapel AME Church. All singers are encouraged to join in. The City-Wide MLK keynote program will be held on Sunday, Jan. 19, at 5 p.m. Guest preacher will be Rev. Elijah Shafah, pastor of Greater St. Paul AME Church in Troy. The youth program will be held on Friday, Jan. 17 at 6 p.m. Both services will be held at Johns Chapel. CHRISTMAS COOKIE SALE
Christ the King Lutheran Church’s annual Christmas Cookie Sale will be Saturday, Dec. 14, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. A huge assortment of cookies and candies will be available. Come in, pick what you like, and pay $7/pound. Pick up Christmas gifts for teachers and everyone else in your life. All proceeds go to charity.

PARENTS OF ADDICTED LOVED ONES
A free educational support group for parents and families of addicted loved ones is being hosted by Bethany Baptist Church each Tuesday from 6 -7:30 p.m. For additional information, call (334) 379-9118. Participants must be 18 years old or over.
COMMUNITY BIBLE STUDY
Community Bible Study will be held every Tuesday beginning from 6-7 p.m. at the Sconiers Clan Building, County Road 728, in the Bellwood community. S.R. Perkins will be the facilitator.
A Ladies Bible Study is held the first and third Tuesday of every month at 11 a.m. at the Adams Street Church of Christ.
The Enterprise Women’s Day Class of Community Bible Study meets at First Baptist Church of Enterprise Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon. This class will be studying Return to Jerusalem (various books of the Old Testament). A children’s ministry is provided for baby to 14 years old. Homeschool credit is available. Community Bible Study is an interdenominational study.
