The New Brockton Lady Gamecocks dropped a match with the Opp Lady Bobcats on the road on Sept. 14.
New Brockton fell 25-12 in the first set and then dropped both the second and third set 25-20.
New Brockton was led by Shelby Hobbs with 28 digs, while Justie Ellis added eight assists and Jordan Boland earned four kills.
The Lady Gamecocks followed up with a 3-0 win over Pike County on Sept. 22. New Brockton won all three sets 25-21, 25-22 and 25-21.
Anna Clark led the Lady Cats with five aces and 10 kills, while Lizzy Everts chipped in 14 digs and Ellis had 19 assists.
