The Enterprise High School boys and girls track teams finished second behind Auburn High School at the Auburn Open 2022 held Saturday, March 19.
In girls 100-meter dash, Jaziya Watkins finished second in 12.90, Bianca Gray finished ninth in 13.41, Ava Barkley finished 13th in 13.58and Deshauia Burger finished 23rd in 14.59.
In girls 200-meter dash, Isabella Ming finished sixth in 27.59, Abby Shipp finished 13th in 28.45 and Tyra Haynes finished 19th in 29.41.
In girls 400-meter dash, Aniyah Kitt finished second in 1:02.63 and Joye Anderson finished fourth in 1:03.15.
In girls 800-meter run, Lauren Rodgers finished third in 2:29.80, Emma McCrea finished 10th in 2:36.54 and Madeline Nichols finished 13th in 2:39.20.
In girls 1600-meter run, Rodgers finished sixth in 5:41.38, McCrea finished seventh in 5:46.35, Nichols finished 13th in 6:02.67 and Ammarie Jenkins finished 14th in 6:04.38.
In girls 100-meter hurdles, Amariia Leggett finished third in 17.74, Kya Elston finished 13th in 20.68, Nijah Brady finished 14th in 20.78 and Elyce Walker finished 16th in 21.44.
In girls 300-meter hurdles, Leggett finished fifth in 50.83, Walker finished 11th in 55.48, Elston finished 13th in 56.62 and Brady finished 15th in 57.78.
In girls 4x100-meter relay, EHS Team A of Barkley, Gray, Burger and Isabella Ming finished fourth in 52.58.
In girls 4x400-meter relay, EHS Team A of Ming, Shipp, Kamryn Wile and Rodgers finished second in 4:25.02 and EHS Team B of Jamesha Howard, Gray, Haynes and Brady finished seventh in 4:56.49.
In girls 4x800-meter relay, EHS Team A of Nichols, Jenkins, Wile and McCrea finished first in 10:31.24.
In girls high jump, Howard finished second with a jump of 5’0.”
In girls long jump, Autumn Twitty finished 16th with a jump f 13’2”, Barkley finished 18th with a jump of 12’11 1/2” and Patience Hill finished 20th with a jump of 11’9 ½”.
In girls triple jump, Leggett finished 12th with a jump of 13’3 ½”.
In girls shot put, Sara Amos finished fourth with a throw of 31’0”, Hanna Brown finished 21st with a throw of 22’11” and Emily Salmon finished 23rd with a throw of 22’2”.
In girls discus throw, Amos finished first with a throw of 92’2 ¼” and Alexis Adams finished 14th with a throw of 58’6 ½”.
In girls javelin throw, Brown finished 21st with a throw of 29’9”.
In boys 10-meter dash, Andrew Purcell finished ninth in 11.73, Malachi Rich finished 20th in 1.94, Tae Williams finished 21st in 11.95 and Kendrett Green finished 22nd in 11.98.
In boys 200-meter dash, Amir Rich finished 15th in 24.55, Erys Nalls finished 18th in 24.59, Brayson Richard finished 22nd in 25.07 and Keith Warren finished 34th in 26.50.
In boys 400-meter dash, Brett Tessay finished seventh in 54.48, Jace Himes finished 17th in 56.68, Richard finished 18th in 56.81 and Isaac Alba finished 22nd in 57.53.
In boys 800-meter, Tessay finished fouth in 2:05.15, Bowden Michael finished 14th in 2:16.28 and Kaleb Ogden finished 24th in 2:33.39.
In boys 1600-meter run, Michael finished ninth in 4:54.19, Kristyan DeJesus finished 18th in 5:07.77 and Ogden finished 27th in 5.41.55.
In boys 110-meter hurdles, Donovan Dee finished sixth in 18.67 and Colin Bovyer finished seventh in 20.07.
In boys 300-meter hurdles, Dain Grimes finished first in 41.52, Eran Foye finished second in 41.53 and Bovyer finished 10th in 47.77.
In boys 4x100-meter relay, EHS Team A of Tae Williams, Purcell, Marzavious Reed and Green finished fifth in 45.51 and EHS Team B of Jordan Harmon, Nalls, Amir Rich and Malachi Rich finished seventh in 46.43.
In boys 4x400-meter relay, EHS Team A of Alba, Himes, Max Faught and Green finished fourth in 3:51.65 and EHS Team B of Harmon, Amir Rich, Malachi Rich and Nalls finished fifth in 3:53.96.
In boys 4x800-meter relay EHS Team A of Michael, DeJesus, Ogden and Tessay finished first in 9:07.32.
In boys high jump, Grimes finished second with a jump of 6’0”.
In boys pole vault, Hayden Hvarven finished second with a vault of 9’6” and Himes finished fourth with a vault of 9’0”.
In boys long jump, Foye finished fourth with a jump of 20’5”, Purcell finished eighth at 19’1”, Harmon finished 11th at 18’9”and Warren finished 22nd at 16’7”.
In boys triple jump, Harmon finished 12th with a jump of 36’6” and Kaden Hughes finished at 34’2”.
In boys shot put, Preston Powell finished sixth with a throw of 38’10”, Sam Haglund finished ninth with a throw of 38’0” and Maurice Martin finished 11th with a throw of 37’1”.
In boys discus throw, Powell finished fifth with a throw of 103’5 ½”, Matthew Endrihs finished ninth with an 89’8 ½”, Xavier Henderson finished 11th with an 81’0” and Jacob Ryun finished 17th with a 72’0”.
In boys javelin throw, John Parker Mitten finished ninth with a throw of 108’10”, Henderson finished 10th with a 100’10” and Haglund finished 14th with a 92’4”.
