Posted: Wednesday, October 25, 2017 1:27 pm

On Thursday, Oct. 19, at Coppinville Junior High School, former teacher Roberta Bronson, center, was honored. She is currently battling breast cancer and students came out in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Cheerleaders held up a sign that read, “Your battle is our battle” and played an inspirational video for Bronson that reminded her that she was not alone. To the right is her son James Bronson, who was home on leave from the military and visiting her. To the left is Debbie Hope, assistant principal at CJHS.
