Members of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 9 gathered with Enterprise City Council President Perry Vickers recently to officially commemorate the DAV’s 100 years of service. Vickers read a proclamation signed by Mayor William E. Cooper declaring Sept. 25 as Disabled American Veterans Recognition Day.
