The Daleville Area Chamber of Commerce made a donation to Daleville’s sister company, the 1st-223rd Regiment, Feb. 19.

“We’ve always raised money for them because they’re so good to us. We give them a donation to use every year,” said Chamber Director Deanna Carmichael. “This donation will help pay for a picnic for the soldiers and their families.”

The donation was made through the regiment’s Family Readiness Group (FRG).
