The Enterprise boys basketball team earned a spot in the Class 6A, Area 4 tournament championship game after a 65-62 overtime win against Dothan Friday night.
Trailing 48-37 after the third quarter, the Wildcats went on an 11-0 run to start the fourth quarter, and tied the game 48-48 with 5:04 left to play.
Dothan snapped the run and the teams kept the game close. Tre'Von McNeal hit a late shot to tie the game 57-57 and force overtime.
Dothan took a 62-61 lead with 33.1 seconds remaining in overtime. Joshua Boykin hit a shot to put the Wildcats ahead 63-62, and McNeal netted a pair of free throws to seal the win.
Dothan led early in the game, but Enterprise had a 17-14 lead at the end of the first quarter. The Tigers led 32-25 at the half, and 48-37 after the third quarter before Enterprise started its rally.
McNeal led the Wildcats with 14 points, and Boykin followed with 13. Isaiah Kearse added 10, and Manny Jones had eight. Nick Forti and Markeis Hornsby each had two points. Hornsby also had five assists and took a charge.
Enterprise will face Northview in the championship game Feb. 11, at 7 p.m. at Northview High School.
