Alabama State Troopers arrested Joshua Alan Davis, 32, of Enterprise for a single-vehicle crash that occurred Sunday, July 12, on U.S. 331 in Crenshaw County.

According to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Trooper Kevin Cook, Davis was driving a 1995 Kenworth tractor-trailer when he left the roadway and struck a culvert.

Davis’ three passengers were seriously injured in the crash, Cook said.

Davis fled the scene and was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Serious Injuries.

He was booked into the Crenshaw County Jail, and no bond has been set.

Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
